I think I get what you may be trying to say.brFrom what I hear there are two versions to the first Twilight book. There is one based on the film and the one written by Stephanie Meyer. To tell the difference the one based on the movie is has a picture of the cast on it. I preferred Harry Potter because it had such depth, plot and history to it. You read the th book and find things that relate to things you read from the first book and it just tangles all together to form this amazing story. The characters also grew with you, and I liked that. You watch them go through these developments to become these people. They have their ups and downs and their flaws and you watch them learn from it. brbrTwilight was simple and sexist, but it did have its moments that drew you in. Edward was a little too perfect, and Bella was a little too needy for my liking. There is no detail in the cats fur. It is totally blown out. Unfortunately, blown out highlights like that cannot be recovered.brbrSo that leaves the second photo. It is actually not a bad shot, but there is also a problem with it. You made the mistake that is the glaring sign of an amateur that does not understand exposure. The scene is UNDEREXPOSED. The snow, and cat, are BLUE. Do you know why? It is because you are letting the camera auto expose. Any in camera meter tries to bring a scene to a middle tone level, know as grey. What this does is underexpose bright scenes such as snow. You have to know to add about two stops of exposure in snow conditions in order to have the proper white of the snow.brbrThe second photo can likely be helped a lot in Photoshop with a simple increase of the midtone slider in the LEVELS adjustments. This would take the blue out and increase the brightness. Also, a reduction of the blue channel in the Hue Saturation adjustment would help.brbrSo my answer is neither photo is good as they are now. the movies okay but the book...the idea is good but I tried reading the series last summer but I couldnt get past the second book shes not really as talented as some other authors like stephenie meyer screaming fans!! or dj machale woohoo travelers!!! sorry if I insulted anyone

Ive heard all the arguments about kids who have braindead parents, are physically unable to open a book, or live a gazillion miles from the nearest library but if they are computer savvy enough to be HERE, why cant they at very least use an online ecyclopaedia and do their own homework?

I agree. Im a th grader and it disgusts me that people do that. Or when they ask for the summary of a book or something. But maybe Im just strange. Ive never understood why kids cheat. because thats what it is. It is CHEATING! And I like your idea, because it will teach them a lesson about depending on other people to do your work. Its for their own good. If they need HELP its all good and well, but theres a fine line between help and cheating that so many have crossed.
